Waiting Time

Our dogs are cherished members of our family and live inside our home not in kennels. This home-based environment allows us to give each dog the individual love, attention, and care they deserve. Because of our commitment to their well-being, we intentionally keep a limited number of dogs and only breed occasionally. Our breeding program prioritises the health, temperament, and long-term happiness of our dogs and their puppies. As such, our wait times may be longer than some breeders, but this reflects the thoughtful, quality-first approach we take in every step of our process.

Due to the extended waiting time, the placement process and deposit will only be required once puppies are born.

Feel free to Contact us if you would like to know more about our future breeding plan.

Placement Process

Before reaching out

First and foremost, you should always do thorough researches about the breed before you make commitments to our puppies. This includes but is not limited to what we listed on our website. It’s important to get prepared beforehand rather than getting panic when problems happened.

We aim to encourage our potential owners to learn about the breed, get to know their personalities, breed standards, health information, training requirements and other routine works so as to know what to expect when they actually got the puppy, and then decide if this is the right breed for them. If you have any questions during the researches, please feel free to contact us. We're here to help.

Fill out a questionnaire

We will email you a questionnaire to fill out if we feel this is the right breed for you. The questionnaire can help us understand your preference and your lifestyle better, which will be brought into consideration when we match the right puppy for you. A phone interview may be required after the questionnaire if we need to discuss some questions further and during the call you can also ask questions that you're unsure about. The whole process may be time consuming, but this can ensure we match our puppies with responsible and compatible owners and live in the right forever homes. We care deeply about all of our puppies and we seek long term friendships with their human parents.

Waitlist for approved homes

**Due to the extended waiting time, we now only accept deposit once puppies are born.

Puppies born

We will notify you when puppies are born and keep you posted with regular updates of puppies from birth to week 9 so that you can engage in the whole process to witness them growing up.

Puppy selection

By week 7, we will invite you to our place to meet the puppies and make a selection. Advice will be given during the selection based on the information from your questionnaire, puppies' aptitude test results and our observations in the last 7 weeks of their daily performance, personalities and needs.

Sales contract

Once we confirm the right puppy for you, we will provide you with a sales contract to sign. You will have two weeks of time to read through all the terms and conditions in the contract. Please feel free to discuss with us if you have any questions about the contract. You should only sign the contract if you're comfortable with the terms and conditions.

  • Strict desexing contract apply.

Go home day!

Our puppies will be ready to join their new families at 9 weeks of age. To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly ask that the final payment and contract signing be completed prior to making pickup arrangements. We warmly encourage families to collect their puppy in person, as it gives us the opportunity to meet you and provide a short seminar covering essential guidance on diet, training, grooming, and long-term health care.

Each of our puppies goes home health-checked, vaccinated (1st shot), wormed, and microchipped. They also come with six weeks of pet insurance and a thoughtfully prepared puppy go-home pack.

Our puppies are raised in a nurturing, enriched environment. From Day 3, they begin the Bio Sensor Early Neurological Stimulation program, followed by a comprehensive early socialisation and training based on the Puppy Culture and Avidog protocols. By the time they go home, they have completed our structured raising program and received plenty of love, care, and cuddles ensuring they are well-prepared for a confident and happy start in their forever home.
